InnerSense Beauty & Day Spa has been established for 18 years. Sonya Annesley has proudly been a partner & owner for this entire time. We pride ourselves on treating each and every one of our clients with the nurturing care they each deserve!


The point of difference at our day spa is the welcoming, friendly and caring staff who take great pleasure in being professional, but who also love a laugh as well!


Whether it’s for quick waxing treatments in our beautiful ground floor rooms, or an entire pampering package in our tranquil treatment rooms upstairs, we can cater to all your beauty and relaxation needs.


Our treatment rooms are a haven where you can relax, unwind and forget your day-to-day worries. Your treatments will be conducted amidst scented candle light, low lighting and soft relaxation music. A modern bathroom – complete with a full spa can soothe away the stress.


Our gifted therapists at InnerSense Beauty & Day Spa can tailor-make an individual package for the special person in your life. We love to take the stress out of peoples’ lives and love to see our clients refreshed and rejuvenated after a visit to our elegant spa.

A friend recommended the Winter Warmer facial with Bianca and I’m so happy I took her advice. Bianca performed a beautiful facial using Ultraceuticals products and my skin looks and feels fantastic. The scalp and foot massage (arm massage was other option) just added to the experience. Will be back!

I was very lucky to receive a gift voucher from my wonderful sister for the Sydney head spa treatment & I have to say it was brilliant! I left the salon feeling like I’d been hit by a truckload of love not only because of my amazingly relaxing pampering session but due to the 3 glorious staff I encountered. From the moment I walked in until I left I felt so welcomed and cared for by the smiling, positive staff. Their attentiveness and desire for me to feel special shone through instantly. The upstairs treatment area had a warm, cosy vibe & the beautiful decor added to the luxurious atmosphere. I’m so grateful to my beauty therapist Bianca for the moment of blissful calm I experienced. By sharing her skills with me she made me feel nourished & uplifted. It was absolutely perfect & I adored every minute being in her competent hands. There were multiple elements to the head spa that I loved. Being snuggled up under the fluffy blanket with a wheat pack under my back felt like being in a comfortable cocoon. The water trickling over my hair & the joyous sensation of someone washing my hair with creamy, soft products. The way Bianca massaged my scalp & used a particularly great firm hairbrush. I could of laid there letting her brush away forever. But the highlight was the soothing head, neck & face massage which ended with the comforting warm towels. So good!! Thank you to all of the delightful staff for providing an exceptional service & genuine care as my sister was thrilled that her gift of love made me feel truely special inside & out. The added bonus to this lovely treatment is that my hair has never felt so soft & enriched before so the products used are great quality. 😍
