I booked a 30 minute consult but after only about 7 mins with the lovely and very helpful Georgia the owner burst into the room speaking very loudly and said “this is taking forever” she wanted to take over the conversation and suggested Georgia wasn’t giving the right advice. I will be following Georgia’s advice I thought it was excellent. Unfortunately i will be finding a different salon to perform the service as I have no desire to be spoken to or to hear staff spoken to in the manner the owner spoke to us!

Wendy's skills in colouring are unmatched. Her team work perfectly with her and are trained to her high standards. Everyone is always friendly and prices are fair.

Wendy has won many awards and is an acknowledged brilliant cutter so the fact that I often leave after a cut not quite satified I guess is because a) I didn't communicate clearly what I wanted, b) I' told my hair is heavy and doesn't always do the same thing on the left and right side of my face and c) my expectation is too great (ie I have a plain, bland face so shouldn't expect to look great). I should know by now that unless I bring in a picture of what I want, my just saying what I think I want is not clear enough. I usually also add "whatever you think is best" but I don't think that is heard. My cut last Saturday left me with a "boy's" cut and not that flattering (in my opinion). I always assume the stylist will know better than I do, the type of cut that would suit me and will let me know if I ask something that is not suitable but I don't get this feedback from Wendy and just the response "this is what you asked for". After 14 years, I should know better. I really liked the stylist (who's name I can't remember, Heather?) I had before she went overseas, but Wendy & I don't seem to be on the same wavelength. Pity. They good thing with Wendy's cuts though is that once they've grown out a bit, the style is good, so I should just take a longer term view. And in future I'll try to remember to bring pictures.

Top professional team, very busy looking after all clients. I was glad to be seen on short notice. Have had positive feedback on my new hair colour!

My hair was cut too short I asked for two centimeters but the cut was 7 ot 8 cms possibly 9 which will take 6 mths to grow back, my hair was down to my armpits now it’s a bob.

Kate was excellent as usual. I was a regular of hers before moving to Canberra and was remembered and welcomed back. My cut was perfect and my colour fixed. I highly recommend booking!
