Love the salon and always enjoy visiting and the hair styles I recieve. Everyone is warm and welcoming and i love there honest advice. One thought would be the cost of very short hair cuts and colours. I understand that cutting short hair is definetly a skill worth paying for but the colour pricing is a bit steep when i pay the same price for a crop as my friend who has hair down to her shoulders.

I have been so happy with my hair stylist (Heather) every time. She is so professional and has given me the best cuts/colour I have had. I have not had a lot to do with the lady who owns the salon, except on one occasion where she was quite rude to me however, I spoke with her on the phone the other day while she was asking me to reschedule my appointment. For someone who works in the service industry, she has no customer service skills and I will not go back and support her salon. Its a shame as the rest of the team has always been friendly.

I had my first appointment with Heather from Ink and she wasnfantastic! She sat down with me and took the time to talk to me about my hair cut and colour. She was very thorough looking at my hair and letting me know what she thought would suit me. I walked out of the salon as a very happy customer. 3 or so weeks later, I am still very happy with my cut and colour and will definently be returning for another appointment. A lot of people have complemented my cut and especially my colour and every time someone has said something, I have recommended Heather at Ink. If anyone is considering going to this salon, I can't recommend them enough! Not only was Heather brilliant, the salon was comfortable and very inviting! Plus the shampoo chairs/beds are the best I have ever sat/layer down on! Congrats Ink, you have a fantastic business and great hairdresser in Heather!!
