Went for a wash and blowdry on Saturday. Booked in for 1.30pm as I had another appointment at 3pm I assumed this would give me plenty of time. At 2pm someone eventually washed my hair, I advised them I had to be done by 2.30pm at the latest so i made my appointment. At 2.22pm someone starting blow drying my hair. Then the person who was suppose to do it came to finish it, i was done for about 2.40pm. My blow dry was rushed. i ad to go home and put rollers back in my hair as it did not hold. Only my second experience in the salon but i wouldnt go back or recommend it.
