I have had good experiences at this salon in the past, however this particular appointment seemed doomed from the start. My usual stylist was unavailable, however I was assured another qualified hairdresser would be able to complete the appointment. I was after a wash/blow-wave and to have my fringe trimmed. Nothing complicated, before going to my friends engagement party. I was unaware it would be the apprentice hairdresser washing and styling while an actual hairdresser squeezed in the fringe trim between clients of her own. The apprentice had no idea what she was doing and the appointment took 1 1/2 hours instead the 30-45 minutes it usually does. The actual hairdresser had to come over in the end, after making several comments to the apprentice, and attempt to correct the blow wave. I had so much corrective product in my hair I felt like I needed to wash my hair and start again rather than go out. This experience set me back a whopping $80, which would have been on the pricey end if completed in a timely fashion by someone qualified.

My hair colour wasn’t what I expected and wasn’t impressed that I didn’t have my hairdresser for the whole appointment. Very disappointed with this visit. Without going into too much detail.

Came in for blow dry and specifically requested no hairspray and got hairspray anyway. Very annoying. For a $65 blow dry you'd think that they could at least respect such a simple request. Very disappointing (and expensive!).

I had an appt at 3.30pm to get my hair done for an event that night. The hairdresser finally spoke to me at around 3.50 and said she’d be 10 minutes. She didnt walk back over to me until 4.25pm and then finally began my hair. I had to re-arrange all my plans and then my hair curls dropped so i had to re do them at home myself anyway. I’m super upset i was discounted any money for sitting in the chair waiting 55 minutes for my appointment to begin. If i had of known it was going to be a 4.20pm appt i would have done my hair myself in that 55 minutes.

Very disappointed with the service. My hair colour was not as discussed and when I tried to say it was not as I thought it would be and that maybe we'd misunderstood each other I was told I was wrong. The colourist never checked on my hair after it was washed. I was told the manager would call me to discuss that I was dissatisfied and I never heard back from anyone. It is an expensive salon and not offering a service to match.
