The girls were great, I was seen to straight away. They were really lovely and welcoming and refreshments were offered along with a nice chat about what I wanted. Atmosphere was relaxed and professional. The quote I received was absolutely outrageous. I've never paid that much for a hair appointment in my life and I've been blonde for 5 years. The one item that I believe was way overpriced was the cut and blow wave for $130. I wasn't really pleased with the colour of the roots, however the overall look now that my hair has settled and I have washed it, looks okay. Unfortunately I won't be returning to Heading Out.

Dear Teegan, At all our Heading Out salons we offer different levels of stylist and colorists based on their years of experience with a cut and blowave starting from $76.00 with a senior stylist. As your cut was with a style director the cost is $128.00. We also have a 7 day re-service policy where you can come back in for us to turn your colour from an ok result to a fabulous result. Thank you for your feedback it will be taken on board. I hope you will reconsider visiting our salon.
