I have had nothing but excellent experiences at Hair Traits. I used to avoid hair dressers as I feel the stylists can be judgmental but the stylists at Hair Traits are very accommodating and accepting. The love between the small team is ever present making for a fun and connected experience. I requested Tom to help cut and dye my hair, he understood the brief and nailed the assignment! Hair Traits has excellent customer service and I will be coming back! 11/10 AMAZING

Had a consultation with Rachel before she started on my hair, she gave great advice on both my cut and colour. It ended up taking longer than anticipated as I have lots of fine hair but this was not a problem and was not at all rushed. Highly recommend the head massage from Tom whilst washing my hair! I am very pleased with the result and would highly recommend this salon, you’ll need to book ahead as they’re very busy!

I’m always suggesting to people that they should come to the Hair Traits team, particularly if they have been unhappy with their recent hairdressers. Rachael and her team are responsive to client needs, get to know what their clients not only like, but their personalities and lives, so they can recommend changes to your cut or colour which reflect *you*. The salon is fun, the coffee is good, and the music is upbeat but not overwhelming.
