I have been going to Hair Traits for some years now. I love Soula and Rachel. Soula knows exactly what to do with my hair and talks me down when I get some crazy ideas. Very friendly environment and I always relax when I am there. My daughter now goes there to have her hair cut and for special occasions.

As a first time client, I was naturally a little apprehensive, but needn't have been. Very friendly and interactive staff. Showed the hairdresser a photo of how I wanted my hair cut, and she did it exactly right, which has never happened before. I was also given a glass of lovely wine while i relaxed. An all-round awesome experience.
