Rachel is a star ⭐️ I always know if it’s a great haircut or not by the way my hair wakes up after sleeping!!! And it’s still perfect!

I love Hair Traits! Rachel gave me the best haircut I've ever had in literally my whole life! And my son, who is afraid of clippers/haircuts was able to get a great scissors-only haircut there was well, happily and with no tears. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, and obviously all very skilled.
