I think this salon is great as the hair extensions are amazing, I love my colour and my blowdry was excellent. BUT the hard sell, continuously, from beginning to end of your visit from products, treatments, etc etc etc is relentless and annoying. I have been there 3 x bought a lot of products & they STILL are pushing more on me. Keep a record of your clients purchases, and stop the hard sell. It ruins a good salon otherwise. You do a great job have got my business just stop with the selling! From the apprentice at the basin to the blowdryer, to the cutter! Enough!
