Our family has been a client of Sam's for years. Our 6 year old son is Autistic and Sam has been beyond patient in building a repport with him so he is comfortable enough to have her cut his hair. His last haircut took 4 months and multiple attempts and Sam always worked with us to set a time to get his haircuts done so he is comfortable and it doesn't disrupt her business if he gets agitated. Simply won't go elsewhere.

I have always been very happy with BATHURST Barbers, over the years there has been many different staff members, but they have one very important thing in common....customer service! The best change made has been to be able to book an appointment, as they are always busy. I now usually get Ashley to cut my hair, she is lovely, friendly, customer oriented and a fabulous barber. As is Sam....great team!
