Crystal is an amazing hairdresser and is so very patient during my appointment, as I am very particular with my hair and how it is coloured and styled. I cannot speak highly enough of Crystal. Her calm nature helps to calm my nerves also. Crystal is a true asset to this salon. The busy environment can be overwhelming at times. Would love to see more training in the area of admin and customer service to clients, eg. EFTPOS processes, issuing of receipts to customers, and after-pay processes. Having previously worked in retail, and admin, as well as running my own business, I cannot stress the importance of this more.
