I have been a client here for quite a number of years now and went for my normal root touch up. My roots were long than normal so booked in for 3/4 head, normal only need 1/2 head. Costing $243.81. I hate to wear my hair tie back in braids for the next week due to dance competitions so after the following week when I had washed it several times allowing it to settle and wondering if maybe it was just over toned I contacted the salon saying that it was extremely dark (I am normally quite a lighter blonde) and that you could still see a lot of grey's and my regrowth line/banding line. They told me to come down so I did. When I went in I was told that if I wanted to be a lighter colour I would need to pay for an extra 1/4 of foils to lighten it up. It wasn't very happy with this as I had just paid over $240.00 to have this done! I was then told that the manager would call me with "her decision" it has been just over 2 weeks now and I have received no phone call. Extremely disappointed as getting my hair done as a single mum sometimes is my treatment and I have spent this money on me only to have it look like I need to get my roots done.

Enjoyed a beautiful massage treatment today. I like that OM offer a drink and biscuits to welcome you. I found the space a bit over decorated and random, however. I think more simplistic decor and real plants would boost the feel of the environment.

Today was especially challenging. Coming from a one on one hairdresser experience for many years, after losing hair from chemotherapy, it's hard to be in a busy and noisy space where I am placed in a different seat each visit. Call me self-conscious, fussy and anxious as a result....all acknowledged. Today was extra noisy due to tradies and nail guns etc. Perhaps that contributed to not feeling as relaxed. I have the same done each visit and do struggle with variation of costs andvthe high cost. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Great to see your new admin guy, Tyson today. He is an awesome addition to take the load from the hairdressers. Great to finally meet Sarah today. Thanks again Crystal and Stef.

Liked my curly cut just disappointed I was charged over 6 month cut price I have been a customers for many years and don’t believe it was fair to be charged extra Really doesn’t matter how much I had trimmed off Curly hair or when. No products not even washed just dry ends cut off

Although Mia was very attentive i feel she didnt really listen to what i was asking for. Rather what she felt i needed. I am still quite dark underneath and didnt really feel the outcome of a full head of foils was achieved. a little dissapointed with the colour outcome and i didnt have as much hair cut off that i asked for. Overall a pleasant experience i just dont feel i got what a asked for. I have had my hair done with a full head many times throughout my life and this outcome is the darkest i have had. I even showed her a picture but it is nothing like it,
