i only came here because I have been given a voucher from friends. My eyebrows were uneven - when I expressed this to the beauty therapist she told me it was my natural eyebrows that are uneven. I would expect that it be her job to make them even. Generally the place is expensive and inflexible, cannot use voucher for product redemption, unable to use a voucher with a deal as the system doesn’t allow it. Very different experience to the spa in gisborne where Cynthia the owner bends over backward to accommodate what the customer needs, able to redeem voucher for anything in the store even candles. I am even reluctant to use the rest of my voucher as this is not the first negative experience I have had here, which will be very disappointing for my friend who was hoping I would have a great indulgent relaxing experience
