I am so disappointed with my treatment I had a quick peel and enzyme at $159 I left with mask still in my eyelashes hair eyebrows and nose, the whole process I felt so rushed I don't feel like I got my value for money at all my skin feels the exact same all it was was a double cleanse and a mask put on my face a hand massage for 5 mins then anouther mask that hardened the therapist left the room and I honestly counted the seconds till she came back it was horrible it felt like hours, I dident feel like the hardened mask was communicated enough on what actually happens I went home from the salon more stressed then When I walked in the therapist was lovely and beautiful just rushed and messy treatment

i only came here because I have been given a voucher from friends. My eyebrows were uneven - when I expressed this to the beauty therapist she told me it was my natural eyebrows that are uneven. I would expect that it be her job to make them even. Generally the place is expensive and inflexible, cannot use voucher for product redemption, unable to use a voucher with a deal as the system doesn’t allow it. Very different experience to the spa in gisborne where Cynthia the owner bends over backward to accommodate what the customer needs, able to redeem voucher for anything in the store even candles. I am even reluctant to use the rest of my voucher as this is not the first negative experience I have had here, which will be very disappointing for my friend who was hoping I would have a great indulgent relaxing experience

I had a spray tan done on Friday for a wedding on Saturday and after my shower I had massive streaks down my arms where it had been missed! A little embarrassing when your in the bridal party! Not overly happy wouldn't recommend or come back!
