We define our service as truly professional, genuine and highly attentive toward your specific needs. We are a team of dedicated skin therapists who are completley devoted to providing you with treatments that not only indulge but provide you with clinically proven results.

We also offer IPL skin rejuvenation and hair reduction as well as anti-aging injectables conducted only by RN's.

Last minute cancellations and no-shows enormously disadvantage our business and as we are a very popular retreat we have a booking policy where we require 50% of the treatment total paid up front to secure your appointment for our 24 hour cancellation policy so that we might be able to utalise our wait list so that all our clients can get in for the treatment that they are after.

We will send you an SMS two days prior to your appointment to remind you and to give you ample time if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment, especially if you have not visited us before so you have plenty of time to fill in our consultation form and relax in our tranquil area prior to your appointment time.
