Every other time I have been to Ella Bache the service has been wonderful. This time it was not. The waxing service was incredibly painful and very poorly done. It was extremely uneven, and I left with bits of wax stuck to me. The day after, my skin was extremely irritated and uncomfortable and even peeled in some spots like a sunburn.
