Asked for black lashes brown brows. Asked specifically to draw the dye onto brows only where they should be as have a lot of blonde fuzzues and want to look natural not thick like elizabeth taylor. Attendant suggested mid brown and agreed. When finished looked like charcoal black had been used the same as the lashes and brows were thick and unnatural requiring much scrubbing in the bathroom immediately after. Inadequate care was taken to remove or provide tissues for client prior to asking to open eyes so in the event of stinging residue client could quickly fix byself. Instead left stinging asking for wet tissues. Sometimes occurs but attendant in the past has always given you something wet in hand to wipe with ready for when you open eyes. Usually attendant will offer time in room to touch up own makeup or offer to so you don't go out looking like parts of your face are wiped off. All staff were very nice but little things have changed which make it no longer feel like giving yourself special treatment.The rooms also used to have a scent in them and they used to play tranquil sound? Some attendants in the past would do hand moisturizer rub on your hands while the time past or head massage. Probably a long time ago and not that it was needed or expected but a lot has changed. Likely to do my own with a packet in future.

I attended the Pacific Fair Ella Baché salon for a lash lift. The lady doing my treatment was really lovely. I did experience minor discomfort at one point during the procedure which she quickly addressed. She told me the lift continues to develop for hours after leaving the salon, but to be honest I didn’t notice this at all. I have had regular lash lifts for years and I’m always impressed with the results but found that this particular treatment didn’t really lift my lashes much at all. She also tinted my lashes as I requested. I believe the tint wasn’t properly rinsed off because on leaving the salon I noticed dark grey staining under my eyes, on my inner corners and on my temple. I returned to the salon hoping to quickly remove the stain before it set in. The lady at the counter questioned me when I explained what had happened and seemed to not really believe what I was saying. I felt she thought I was just making it up. As someone who absolutely hates complaining or making a fuss I found this really patronising and unprofessional. She did allow me to use some product to wipe off the stain myself and sure enough it came off. I do think Ella Baché have plenty of other beautiful treatments to choose from.

The girl who undertook the facial was lovely, the facial was lovely, she was informative, and the experience was relaxing. I was using a voucher from the Benowa store where I will not visit again. I have been a client of that store for over 10 years, and prior to that a client of the owner at her Ashmore Plaza store for a number of years. A hot water emergency meant I did not attend an appointment for using another voucher - she took the entire voucher for a no show, that's over $100, that's a lot of money. We no longer buy gift vouchers or products from Benowa

The beautician didn't give me an extraction when it was a part of my package, so my skin still feels extremely clogged.

Did eyelash lift at your Pac Fair outlet on Tue, Aug 18. End result wasn't satisfying at all. Instead of getting the slightest curl or fan out effect, my left eye lashes are pointing straight up, and my right eye inner lid is sort of being curl out. It's awful.

I booked for an eyebrow shape, wax and tint. No mapping of the brows were done and now my brows are different shapes. They are thin, over waxed and look horrid. Not happy and would not recommend plus never ever be back.
