I was told there was no extractions included in the ‘signature’ Facial. But would have paid for these to be done . Then told I didn’t have any. I was not offered water. And she was not there when I left . But overall it was quite a nice facial.

Have always enjoyed my appointments at Hampton, but today was disappointing. The lady that did my eye lashes didnt even introduce herself, have no idea of her name. She sat in the room waiting for the lash tint I think filing her nails?? Didnt talk to me, was so awkward. Have always been offered a hand massage, not this time. She obviously wasnt aware that is what is normally offered, but just felt awkard with her sitting there not saying anything. The lash tint wasnt normal quality either, bit smudged. I would still come back, however definetly not with that staff.

I booked this massage for my mother, however not too impressed on the duty of care. The massage therapist was advised that my mother had a pacemaker and not to massage that area, however proceeded to massage that area. Since then my mother has had issues with dizziness which is likely caused by the pacemaker due to the therapist massaging this area. Not very impressed and very disappointed.
