The staff were lovely and very thorough. Explained every step and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Would have liked an offer of water or herbal tea on arrival. The decor was looking very tired, especially the bathroom. The floor shook every time someone walked up the hallway! For such a high end product you would expect a more glamorous environment.

When I arrived for my appointment I was not treated by the same therapist as last time yet I booked my follow up appointment with her before leaving, no explanation was given as to why this had happened

tan didnt stick to my neck and chest. it washed straight off my chest. the tan also was way too dark on my hands.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Pleasant environment and good service. I was very happy. Cost was a little high but it seems average for my treatment.
