The staff were lovely and very thorough. Explained every step and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Would have liked an offer of water or herbal tea on arrival. The decor was looking very tired, especially the bathroom. The floor shook every time someone walked up the hallway! For such a high end product you would expect a more glamorous environment.

It had been many years since I had a facial and massage and the total relaxation was amazing. Charmaine even accommodated my odd request to take a photo when I looked my worst (as per attached photo) as the experience was only possible thanks to my work giving all employees Red Balloon vouchers for their 50th anniversary. Charmaine was calming and very good at what she did, the treatments were so amazing I found it hard to move afterwards as I was so relaxed.

I was really happy with most of my treatment though I was disappointed that I had to wait quite awhile while the consultant was talking to another customer about products. However, the consultant promptly excused herself to attend to another customer's treatment when I declined to purchase the products recommended saying she was running late. The consultant was very thorough with the treatment though the very last step seemed to have been omitted this time, I'm not sure if it was due to time constraints because she was running behind.
