I highly recommend Steph , always professional , friendly and listens to what I would like. Tried many different places for brows over the years and have never been completely satisfied. , Now going to Steph, I feel confident that I will walk away feeling happy with my treatment.

I've been using Ella Bache for over 6 years and I normally go to Capalaba for my treatment, however accidentally booked Cleveland. The lady/owner who took the call knew I normally go to Capalaba but didn't let me know I was talking to the Cleveland store. I even drove to Capalaba and had to quickly make my way to Cleveland, after calling and they waited for me. On arrival I must say compared to Capalaba the front of the store wasn't clean or inviting, the cleanliness was not up to Ella Bache's normal professional look anyway. The young girl was lovely, however the treatment room was pretty average and the face washers smelt like they were dirty, like a musty smell as though they were left in the washing machine for a day or two and then dried. I surprised to be honest as Cleveland is a lovely area. I also booked for a micro-derm abrasion on the phone, however the girl said that all the stores use something different so they had something similar which was just as good. So my experience at Cleveland, Qld wasn't good its not up to the normal Ella bachel standards and I was disappointed.

The whole Facial experience was wonderful. So relaxing I didn't want it to finish. Stephanie had such a light touch and the products left my skin tingling and refreshed. I have had many Facials before and would recommend it to anyone who needs a bit of a lift or just want to spoil yourself.
