Salon was nice, girls were nice, I was very particular to the girl who waxed my eyebrows and said just a clean them up please, nothing off the the thinkness, I like the size of them. She said she understood as it only takes one person to take too much off them for them to lose the fullness. Once done my eyebrows were half the size, so little! She said, I like to make them narrow to give them shape.. 'Well that's great for your eyebrows but NOT what I asked for'. - Look they look ok, but so little and narrow and I had spent a long time growing them to make them full.. Your staff need to have the maturity to listen to what the client wants and restraint to hold back, it might not be what "they" like, but it not their face. Thank god for eyebrow pencil is all I can say, this is why I was hesitant to go to a chain store. The was and service was nice, but she didn't listen and that is very disappointing.!!

The therapist, Lana was excellent. Her capabilities regarding the massage and facial were very good. The issue was the lack of small extras that make the experience relaxing and enjoyable. When you want a clinical facial you attend a dermatologist, and when you want a remedial massage, you go to a physiotherapist. The reason one visits a salon like Ella Bache, is for a more pampered and relaxing experience. During the service I was very cold. I mentioned this to Lana and she had to leave the room to bring another towel. I was still cold and then she had to leave again to find a blanket. There was no little extras. For example at pure indulgence, most services begin with a hot towel over the feet, even during a wax, a small heat pack put over the eyes. It wasn’t until 30 minutes into my service that music was even turned on. When I needed to go to the bathroom , there was no robe, I had to wrap a towel around me.

Hi there, As a regular for my Brazilian’s with you guys, have to say the latest one wasn’t so good. Obviously don’t want to get the girl in trouble, she was lovely, but the wax Tom a long time, one part hurt me a lot! And I was left her very uncomfortable for the rest of the day as I had so much wax left downstairs. Again Lady was lovely, maybe she is new to doing them, so a bit of practice will help. Just when I choose to pay one of the higher places to get my wax, I do expect a good job. Thanks ladies

Lovely massage and very relaxing and the lady was so nice but unfortunately the end result was my nails were quite messy. A bit disappointed with the outcome seeing I made a special trip down to the salon and the cost.
