I came in as an angry and frustrated customer from Sydney who felt like everything was over priced but I genuinely walked away so happy and content. The girl who served me was absolutely lovely and so was the girl at the counter. Apologies I don’t remember their names but amazing experience to the point where even though I get my eyebrows for $6 back home, I’m going to look up this salon in Sydney and pay for the service I received. One of the best I ever have had. Thank you girls

Few items for feedback. When making a booking with a specific person, often I turn up and get someone else without any notice. I have had a few bad experiences at elle bache including wax in my hair and more often than not my face gets died when getting eyebrows done, which I cannot return to work with. Nor am I offered makeup when clearly my eyebrow skin is drier larger than my eyebrows and look horrendous ! .therefore its important as I only go there with a few people I trust- which is not many anymore. Many cut eyebrows without asking, some give a solid skin scrub after which is nice, but means the die lasts less than a week.... I would reccomend putting images or staff, not just names on the website. Only if you intend on ensuring the person you booked with is your beautician else there is not point anyway I've tried over and over; as generally elle bache is great but I've had enough of looking like a freak back at work with moustaches for eyebrows !!!

My eye brows were done wonderfully, the only thing I'd probably comment on is that no cream was applied after the was to calm the area. At $40 and no longer than a 10 minute job, I'd think that'd be a good addition. Some places I've been to, they'll even offer some powder from their tester range to go over the redness. I was very happy with my beautican though.
