From the moment I walked in, it was not the welcoming or relaxing experience I was after. My therapist seemed exhausted, which was evident into my treatment. My 60min massage was only 50min and the pressure...there was none. The room I was in was so small the therapist couldn't even walk around the whole bed. For the price, I unfortunately do not recommend.

My bikini line is red raw and burnt from todays wax. This has happened before at your salon.

I was happy with the Brazilian component - I did mention the wax was a bit too hot a few times. I also mentioned supporting it will help it not hurt. She didn’t really adjust the wax or support or enough. She was a nice girl. She was running behind though. The only thing that reallllly bothered me was the pedicure . I wondered if she made to tile rushing through the delux pedicure possibly? It seemed extremely fast & not much was actually done other than cleaning my nails & applying polish. I have had a lot of pedicures for half the price that more has been actioned. There was no foot rub component, no parafen etc so I’m not sure what made it delux? Anyway for $70 I honestly was expecting alot more. I’m am an extremely time poor working single mum who has just fought cancer so it was a big deal to come & pamper myself :( :(

Was told half way through wax that I had shaved too recently and because of that she wasn’t doing a good job and it was my fault, even though I prepared the same I always do for waxing. Just felt a bit uncomfortable.

Please please please consider getting new towel wraps for waxing clients. I grimace whenever I have to put one on. They’re frayed and look so old and grimey. It’s really off putting

I went to Sabi for a pedicure because I had been going there for years but they had been taken over by new management. The service was really good however the experience was average and I was disappointed. The room where I was having my treatment was next to the small staff room with just a curtain. During having my feet treatment the staff in the room were talking, watching tv and placing food in the microwave and it was very disruptive. Would I go back there again......plenty more to choose.
