Terrible colour work. Asked for highlights to cover my dark blonde regrowth and ended up white witch like blonde with random purple from a toner. The foils burnt my head and when taking a look they were smoking! My hair is so damaged and falling out in places. Had to use bi carb and shampoo to get rid of the major errors. Usually see Erin who is very good. My colour is already on the system and therefore it should have been straight forward. Will want a refund and treatments to fix the mistake.

I was absolutely disgusted with the treatment I received at the salon. My ear was cut during the haircut and I held a tissue to my ear and then 3 bandaids were put on to try and stop the bleeding. I was given a very curt apology, and was then charged for the haircut, not even offering a free or discounted haircut next time. The lass who cut my hair did not seem to be with it, on the day. I would have expected a phone call next day to see if my ear was O K. I would have expected better from them especially as Just Cuts is just around the corner and in opposition to them. I have already spoken to my neighbour, who I knows goes there, and her comments were that she will spread the word amongst her friends who go there for their haircut. The haircut was not a good one,and I will think very carefully before going there again.
