Comment
The staff member did a great job of listening to what I wanted and offering professional advice which was clearly correct as I am very happy with the outcome. Although I was very happy with the look of my colour and cut, I feel that I was rushed through the cut and blow dry part of my visit as another client was expected. It was clear the staff member was in a hurry and although she remained friendly, calm and patient, I was relieved I liked the cut as I would have felt guilty asking for any alterations when she was needed elsewhere. As well as that, after shopping for a while, I got home to discover that I had dye clumps in my ears. On my face I had very noticeable marks including a large one on the right side hanging down like a sideburn. This is wholly embarrassing and I am still struggling to get the last of the dye from my skin.
