The staff were very accommodating, fitting me in at late notice before the long weekend. I was very happy with my cut and color and got exactly what I asked for. The price, although not cheap per se, was very reasonable and compared favourably with other salons I have been to - to be honest I was expecting it to cost a bit more than it did.

I am always 100% happy with the technique the girls do, they are always happy, helpful and welcoming I am extremely happy to have finally found a salon that ticks all the boxes for my needs I always feel great leaving Elm

I currently have my hair coloured and cut with Emily every four weeks. I look forward to this as I always feel welcomed by all the staff and find it a totally satisfying experience. It is an extremely professional salon. Thanks.
