I see Kristi quite often and she is always very professional and friendly and knowledgable. I have been served by another lady once, whilst Kristi was away, who acted like she was doing me a favour. If it weren't for Kristi I probably wouldn't have returned. The demeanour of staff is very important, sometimes more so than the treatment being received.

I had my underarms and eyebrows waxed by Rachael - and what a fantastic job she did!! She was extremely friendly and really quick, yet did a perfect job. I will definitely be requesting her service in the future. Thank you :)

I had my 6 year old daughters ears pierced. The girls who completed the piercing were great.

Had some waxing done at Essential Beauty Knox and received some fantastic service. It was my first time getting waxed and the lady made me feel very much at ease. She also provided me with great advice about timing of my consequent waxes and after-care. My only negative commment... I thought the XX wax was a little expensive, especially seeing as not every area that was advertised as being waxed was actually waxed. Think I'd rather just go with a bikini next time. I'll definitely be returning to this salon again :)

I have always found the staff very friendly and I can usually get an appointment at a time that is convenient for me. I had ?Elyssa at my last appointment who was great.
