Kristy is fantastic and so is most of the girls but there is one person which i had a bad experience. she doesn't smile and she like to suggest things that will make it easier for her or in a rush. i don't like the result of my waxing with this person and i am nervous to tell her.Apart from from this its a great salon. your staff do their best and i beleive customer service is what keep your salon and reputation going. have a great christmas.

The wax was quite hot and I did tell the girl who was doing the wax however it didn't change after, it burnt quite badly especially when reapplied to an area previously waxed. The room was very small and cramped and one knee was pushed into the wall, my first impression when I walked into the room was "wow this is dirty!" .. The bin didn't have a lid so all the dirty wax and other things were exposed and there was just mess all over the tray. Lots of hair has been left so not a fantastic job. I only go there when desperate and can't get in anywhere else but really have to stop because for $44 I could go to a better boutique with more care!

I got my helix pierced and when it was finished I went to the counter to pay. The service was quite poor. She stated that it was 45 dollars and thats all. She didn't offer any after care spray or tell me what was required for the healing/length of healing time. The piercing itself was good though.

Although they were busy, it's rather awkward to lie down for a Brazilian and not have a word uttered until more than half way through when I got a one way conversation going

Usually I'm happy with the service but today the girl I had was in a rush and just sped through the waxing I had booked. She was rough and not caring. Was very disappointed and when she had finished she didn't say anything and just left the room. Usually my experiences have been a lot better.
