I got my eyebrows done at know today and they look great. The girl who took care of me was also fantastic. Although, one of my favourite things about you guys was that you gave the free change cards with piercings. Since under new management I get all my piercings done at hair house warehouse. You should get the cards back because you can get better piercers for the same price at other places.

I have been using your service for some time and over the past few months things have improved. Previously every time I turned up for an appointment expecting the same service provider I would be told that my regular beautician had left. More recently I have been able to have the same beautician. In terms of my most recent visit, I was contact by the service and informed that my usual beautician had resigned and I would be seeing someone new. This was much appreciated, as previously I would turn up for an appointment expecting to see someone and get someone else. I think the service has improved and this is good. The beautician I had today was very professional (Rachel) and this was also appreciated and I will continue to see her. I would recommend that some upgrading to the rooms could be done, as they seem quite drab.
