I was a little concerned while waiting as I witnessed a piercer put on her gloves and then operate the computer and use the mouse. I didn't think this was very hygeinic.

I found the time required to wait, even though an appointment was made and we were on time, was excessive. Approx. 20-25 minutes Also there was a blind small step in the foyer that was tripped over by myself and another customer while we were waiting to been seen.

I went into get my eyebrows done at 5pm and was not happy with the attitude of the therapist! She was rude and made no effort to make conversation. I felt as though I was an inconvenience. I have been going to this salon for a while now and I extremely unhappy with the experience that I had today.
