Comment
I go to essential beauty for convieince and on occasion the therapists are friendly & professional. However my experiences have more often than not been unpleasant. Twice I have been burnt from the wax being to hot & staff are much more interested in getting you in & out and pushing as many up sales on you as possible. Given the service, quality of treatment and overall apparence & cleanliness of the salon the prices are far higher than they ought to be.
