At 10am I booked an appointment for 330. At 310 they called me to cancel. I walked in anyway to ask what was up. The first lady didn't know so she went out back. They asked if I could do the next day instead. I said no. They said they my have to stop mid appointment to serve someone else. I said ok. Then I had to keep waiting. At 4 they started giving me fake lashes but couldn't do it. So I left with nothing after waiting all day.

I went into get my eyebrows done at 5pm and was not happy with the attitude of the therapist! She was rude and made no effort to make conversation. I felt as though I was an inconvenience. I have been going to this salon for a while now and I extremely unhappy with the experience that I had today.

I have found that the girls in the salon are quite rude , they act like they're better than the rest of the world. I had some horrible service there once by a miserable girl. I wish I could remember her name, Linda or Lisa maybe. I won't be going back.

The first strip of wax left a painful sensation after its removal. When the session was completed, as I got up to get dressed there was blood along my bikini line. The beautician had broken my skin in multiple areas. This has happened before at this same salon with a different beautician, but at least she had to decency to tell me what had occurred and offered advice as to how to help the healing process and options to prevent scarring. This most recent experience was definitely below standard and well below acceptable. I cannot believe I was made to pay for this service! The front of house service was friendly and welcoming. However, I have given the staff at this particular salon multiple chances of improving their quality of work and I have to say I won't be coming back.

Hi, I started the IPL treatment about a few months ago with Tanya from Knox Essential Beauty. She told me I will need to pay $99 for every siting as a part of the special offer. She said I will receive 6th treatment free. So, I went ahead and she made me pay $300 for 3 treatments in advance. She also told me that as I have paid $300 in advance, I will now pay on my fourth and fifth visit however on my second visit she started asking for some more money in advance. I didn’t pay on second visit and she then made me pay on third and fourth visit in advance. Reasoning she gave me- I should pay in advance to keep the price locked in. She had never said this before I started all this. This is issue number one. Issue number two- My fifth treatment was with Sammy as Tanya after booking me in didn’t come to work that day. I was actually happy with the way Sammy took care of my treatment and she understood my skin type and hair growth patterns. After my fifth visit I realised that Tanya has not been doing a great job as she wasn’t going higher in temperature or focusing on the problem area and that is the reason I wasn’t seeing good result. I went today for my sixth visit and Sammy told me that now I would require six more treatments and I should pay 50% of it in advance to lock in the $99 price again. I informed her that Tanya had promised me that after the 6th visit, I would go into the maintenance stage. She told me that Tanya hadn’t been going higher in temperature and not looked into my problem areas of hair growth so I’m not in the maintenance stage yet. She pressurised me so much by showing me the new rate list etc that I had to pay another $250 in advance to lock in $99 treatment. I feel so cheated and feel like you guys are just trying to make money out of me, nothing else. Sammy said to me that because my last few treatments haven’t been as helpful as they usually are, I would require 6 more visits before I could go into maintenance stage. I told her that Tanya had informed me that as I started with the $99 rate, it would remain the same throughout. But here I was being forced again to pay $250-$300. Sammy said she can’t do anything about it because Tanya didn’t write down anything in my file. Where am I at fault here? Why am I being made to pay more and more? Today when I went in, I went with a mindset of attending a free session but in the end I paid $250 through my credit card, because I had no money readily available from the savings. I was pressurised to pay to lock in this price. I want that this is thoroughly looked into. My friend goes to hair free and pays $50 for the same treatment I’m getting from you and its also PAIN FREE. I come to you guys because I have been your long standing client. I need this resolved and I need to be compensated in and your staff re-educated about their operations. Please help me, I feel cheated and sad!!!!
