It would have been appreciated, if I was advised what the treatment cost was prior to having it applied. To go in for a wash and blow dry, then being told to have a treatment and then paying over $100, is not a overall great experience. Apart from the above, Jake provided great advice and tips for straightening/curling my hair.

I am a frequent customer at Sloans, and the quality of service provided has always been excellent. I was however a bit disappointed today when I was charged significantly more than I was expecting. In future, I think providing a quote beforehand if the price differs from the online price would help with overall customer experience. Despite this though, the hair does look perfect as usual.

Salon is calm and relaxed and very beautiful. Salon reception accommodated my appointment personally. When I arrived I was greated immediately, my jacket was put away and I was offered tea/coffee/water. Tastefully presented with a large cube of ice, biscuits and my own water carafe. I was swiftly taken to the basin by a young lady who didn’t introduce herself… the shampoo was average. The only words exchanged were half way through with how is the temperature. As I didn’t have the opportunity to have a consult before my hair was shampooed, I met my stylist for the very first time with wet hair. However, the stylist was very experienced and knowledgeable, easy to talk to and cut my hair well. I was in and out within 40mins. I would return as I’m happy with my haircut, just the little things make the difference.
