Raised the price on me for the 4th time in about the last year or two...gone from 40 to 45 to 50 and now to 60 all in about 18 months for the same service (20 minutes mens cut). Getting ridiculous. Love the spot and love the staff but going to have to find somewhere cheaper

I’m a little unhappy with the amount I paid for my service. From what I gathered the girl doing my hair is an apprentice as she had another woman telling her what colour to do for me. All I got was a regrowth tint and a shine put in with a blow dry. This cost me $190 which is more than I pay at my usual hairdresser which is done by a fully qualified hairdresser with a cut and full colour.

I would like to feel that I am a valued customer. I do not like being told when to come back. I do not like the feeling that what I am asking for in my haircut is too much for the amount that I pay and that I should come back more often. At my prior visit there was just too much pressure on product selling. Please, just let me enjoy my visit. I will come when I want to or feel that I need to if at all. Also, I am 67, I really do not need advice in hair care unless it is some new product from which I would derive a benefit, definitely not shampoos and conditioners. I have been going to hairdressers all my life.

Love this salon - great vibe, lovely staff, very warm & welcoming. Today I was a bit disappointed, though - got a haircut that was not what I wanted (which I think that I expressed pretty clearly). Different stylist than I've had before so maybe there was a bit of a communication breakdown, but it's still a bit sad. Based on my past experience, though, I'll keep going back :)
