I have been a loyal (10+ years) and frequent customer of Colin Moxey. I don't feel that this is always appreciated, I most recently had a relatively junior and inexperienced staff member style and set my hair for a significant work event I attended. Whilst she did her best, it wasn't at the usual standard I would expect from this salon. I feel staff did not really try to accommodate my request to get my preferred stylists to style my hair. Whilst I appreciate they were booked to attend to other clients, they were performing routine cuts which I feel may have been rescheduled. This rating is by no way a reflection of the usual service I receive from Sally, Natalie and Richard who are always on their A game and keep me coming back.
