The Therapists were amazing and provided a lovely experience. It was a shame the day was let down by the tidiness of the change room with over flowing towels and empty shampoo and conditioner dispensers.

I believe for the environment and for the packages/services offered, this was concerning. The spa and the internal areas have not been upgraded since I began visiting some years ago. The sauna - unfortunately shows signs of ageing - including cracked tiles and missing grout. The most recent trip has done some things to enhance my view on this venue and this team, but unfortunately - I still have poor memories of my last trip in April 2021 which was not ideal nor addressed. I returned as I was fortunate to have a voucher and therefore have tried once more to give this venue a go. Overall - my spa treatment was lovely, started and finished on time. The frontend team were attenuative and gracious on the day. The staff that I met whilst I booked the treatment, were a little brusque during my brief phone contact. If I return, I hope to see further improvements to the venue and upgrades for the experience you are paying for. The staff as noted on the day - wonderful and would be happy to endorse their services.

We had a lovely day out. I would recommend a break between treatments. At least 5-10 mins to stretch, use the bathroom, have a sip of water and enjoy the 1st treatment before moving to the next. 2 hours on the table made my body ache and I was uncomfortable during the facial. The overall experience, however, was wonderful, and I would love to do it again.

The overall experience was really lovely however the massage I got would’ve been a 10/10 if the therapists hands weren’t a little rough which made the experience a little uncomfortable at times

Would have liked more pre service information regarding what to wear. As guests on the Mansion disappointed with lack of clarity on what to expect. Communication issues need to be addressed. I booked two couples in 2 Hamman Spa rooms. Arrived to find we were expected to all fit in one room.
