Lovely experience. Polite and kind therapist. Easy to get a last minute appointment. Quiet venue. Easy parking. Glad no one tried to sell me products. A couple of suggestion ( all kindly meant) : It would be great if the therapists perhaps checked they had used deodorant or maybe changed tops during the day. Long nails are to be avoided on people who touch the bodies of another person. The rooms could have a nice diffuser or burner. At other salons I go to herbal tea is on offer or at least a glass of water is offered.

Lovely salon and friendly staff. Unfortunately the spray tan has come out very uneven/patchy, so I wouldn’t go back.

I booked 1 hour 15 min facial which was finished by beautician in 45 mins so if every facial is 45 mins than they shouldn't advertise wong minutes on their website. I believe facial is not value for the money i paid. I didn't feel much difference after. Brighten me up facial was not worth. I would not recommend ella bache to my friends.

The therapist was so lovely however she had her mask under her nose, and i had too much anxiety to say anything. Also there was lots of hair missed when i got home. the cost was very expensive

My eyebrow wax was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a salon. My eyebrows were shaped differently to one another and made way too thin (despite instructions to keep them natural and just wanting a tidy up). My resulting eyebrows were at different heights, different shapes and the growing/emerging hairs weren’t plucked/cleaned up so I had to tidy that up myself when I got home. Furthermore, the beautician accidentally over-trimmed one and took a chunk of hair out of the left eyebrow (she apologised but alongside the overall disappointing results it did not instil me with confidence). The beautician also accidentally dragged wax over my eyes/eyelashes twice, and I left with wax particles stuck in my hairline and eyelash line. The beautician had said she’d worked for the company for over 6 years, I was incredibly disappointed.
