Liz is, by far, the best person I've ever received a facial from. She is expert at making me feel comfortable, and does an excellent facial. I've been twice now, and both times have almost fallen asleep! I recommended Liz at Ella Bache Williamstown to others after my first visit, and continue to do so after my second. The overall environment stars is only less than 10 because of lack of soundproofing between rooms & the front desk, so you can hear (at low volume) staff & clients when they are talking in the front desk area.
