For my comfort level and living with osteo arthritis, the massage table should have an arm rest below so shoulder don’t ache. Perhaps also not have oil thru hair, whilst I love a good strong head massage, I didn’t want to leave the salon with very oily hair look. Facial was lovely. A more extensive massage would have been great. Thank u nonetheless for the special price.

I really loved my experience with Michelle from body bliss, she is a great therapist and I thoroughly enjoyed, but was quite disappointed at the end when I didn’t receive my parafin wax treatment for my hands. (It was included on the list as one of the inclusions of my ‘Christmas indulgence package’ which my husband kindly purchased for me for Christmas, after I had read about it in a Redcliffe tourism brochure, as we are new to the area. When I asked if I could substitute something else for the missed treatment I was told no they were too busy with other bookings and I could have it when I come for my next treatment😭Really? What if I don’t want to come again?? Especially after not receiving my full package. Very upset. If you pay for a package deal, you should receive what is listed. My husband disappointed for me too, as he paid for it.😕 I did all the right things by booking, coming 30 minutes prior for filling out the form as I was told etc, don’t understand. I myself work in the beauty industry and it’s so important if people are trusting enough to prepay a service, you must honour that service on the day; if you can’t, be up front from the beginning (sorry our parafin wax machine isn’t working today, but can we offer you an intensive moist hand massage instead?? Only needed to be 5-10 mins...and I would of been perfectly happy🥰

I don't trust anybody else with my eye brows, travelling to get to Body Bliss takes 30-40 min but it's worth it!

My visit to this salon was exceptional , I have had waxing done for o over 30 years and have never been hot towelled on my legs and moisturised to make sure all excess wax was all gone a little expensive but well worth the money
