I feel the value for money wasn't there. One lady in our group got charged $30 to remove shellac. When booking a pedicure no one advised that there would be a charge of this amount if any ladies had shellac on their nails. Do understand there may be a charge, but going to other day spas it is excessive in value. The pedicures were only soaking feet in a silver bowl, no massage chair, no massaging of the legs with cream, no scrubbing dead skin of the feet or heels, no extras only a trimming of the nails, shaping, buffing and nail polish. The area in the front of shop is small and unable to fit large numbers comfortably if a group wishes to have any celebration. The privacy of the rooms was nice and clean. Girls who work there are pleasant. Feel you don't get value for money at this salon. Lack of communication on different types of pedicures and was only quoted on a pedicure, and then given an essential pedicure which is less treatment. It is less value, but not advised of extras eg removal of old shellac nail polish which was excess in price.

I wouldn't attend Body Bliss again due to one staff member being unprofessional and rude. The young girls doing the treatments were great. I have been to plenty of beauty stores and have never felt no value for money. Highly priced compared to other places especially when a service isn't fulfilled. If a service isn't provided in full it should be at a reduced price not the same as another client. Do not recommend this store.

I was disappointed with my recent visit. While, Darrel's service is consistent, that of her staff is not. Training is not consistent as I've had the same facial done by 3 different people in 3 different ways. Sharon has been the best - amazing facial in fact. I only wish she hadn't asked me how much I earn - awkward! The most recent facial done by Dale was very average as it was rough. He provided an exceptional massage but was NOT gentle when touching your face. My face was pummelled. He was very ROUGH (perhaps because he's male?) and I had the distinct feeling he'd rather be somewhere else and was taking it out on my face. He's also a smoker as his hands smelt like nicotene. I hate whinging but I seriously doubt I'll ever go back ..

i came in for a brow wax and tint and as u can see. the wax job is so poor. my eyebrows r completely stuffed now. the bottom of my eyebrows is not straight at all. there’s chunks of hair out of my eyebrow. the treatment itself was so painful. i have skin tears and the tint is on my skin. i’m now embarrassed about my eyebrows they r so awful

I was very disappointed with the service I received today. My daughter purchased a package for me and today was Visit A with a French Facial. The girl who did my facial didn't even introduce herself to me so don't know her name. I didn't receive the: Professional Skin Analysis Brow enhancement lesson OR Skin Care and Product Consultation. The Massage was weak - I am used to the massage going around the neck. For some reason I received a scalp massage but it was pathetic but really messed my hair up. I believe the Consultant was going to show me the products when we were in the shop but by this time I was so disappointed I just paid the $45 and left. Sorry about that but I was upset! Jane O'Rourke
