First time customer, and I was very impressed, had the most fabulous facial, no greasy face, but a lovely soft feeling and sooooooo therapeutic! Will definitely be going back for more!.

I made a booking for a lash tint & brow wax - first time visit. The lash tint was done by one of the younger girls; she was warm, friendly and professional. Then, she left the room explaining that the "eyebrown specialist" would be with me soon to wax my brows. Enter the Diva and the experience went downhill from there: the supposed "eyebrow specialist" spent most of the time raving about her past career experience in "the industry" as she referred to it (doing opera & theatre makeup), and the remainder of the time insulting me about the shape of my eyebrows. In her opinion, she was the only one who could improve my brows, but it would take time (& great expense I imagine!) She even swore a couple of times. Very unprofessional, rude, arrogant, with very limited people skills and full of her own self-importance. A shame that the "Eyebrow Diva" spoils the atmosphere and lowers the tone of an otherwise seemingly professional and friendly salon. Extremely disappointing and dreadful experience. Instead of leaving the salon feeling uplifted and pampered (as is the usual experience after a beauty treatment), I felt leaving insulted with eyebrows styled like a drag queen! I would definitely not recommend this salon; in fact, I'd warn others to avoid it! :-(

Great salon with up to date treatments. For great eyebrow shaping you cannot beat Darryl, she is amazing.
