An expensive service. A few foils and a tint followed by a dry off and it cost nearly $200.00 - very expensive. In saying that, happy with the result and love the staff but getting a bit expensive to be honest. Lighting in new salon is also quite harsh/too bright, suggest it needs a bit of softening.

My critisism is that during my appointment i was attended to my 3 different staff. One to do my colour, another to wash and another to dry. It leaves you feeling unimportant, like the staff don't have time for you and fob you off to someone else. It also means explaining your story three times, as I was in to get my colour re-done as the first application last week didn't take very well. It also meant the person who dried my hair had no idea what it looked like when i walked in. I have curly hair and last person who dried it didn't understand how to dry curly hair and had no reference to how i styled it myself. She left me a big fuzzy mess when she'd finished and I was so embarrassed of how it looked i tied it back in a bun as soon as i left. I'm still deciding whether I'll be back to salon for future appointments.

Really love the people and the experience...but still not happy with the colour. Way too dark and especially going into winter. Did want to remain blonde but not yellow.
