My appointment usually takes between 2.5 and 3 hours depending on how busy the salon is. And I typically book at a day / time that is not so busy so that I can shorten the experience !! Yesterday it took 3.5 hours and it was not so busy. It seemed to me that it was mostly driven by the slowness of the highlight / colour process but there could have been other factors too. So while I like the effect I really don't want to spend 3.5 hours. This is just way too long.
