Last survey I completed I had a grizzle about the lack of a loyalty program for long term customers. It has since occurred to me that the sustained, professional, high quality service for all these years, is something that I am extremely grateful to receive. I have always had very high quality hair care from Foxy Vixen, and this is something for which I am grateful for. Sustained high quality service is a reward in itself!

This appointment I enjoyed the best head massage given by Meg. It really was a special treat and Meg is clearly very skilled in head massages. Can I suggest that Meg gives some training to other members of the team, so that this valuable and value-add skill is passed on. In all my years "at the sink" (so to speak) I haven't enjoyed a massage like the one that Meg delivered, and it really did value-add, and enhance the services I experienced on this occasion.
