My experience today was disappointing compared to my usual Ella Baché treatments.

Following my eyebrow tint the therapist suggested she tidy up my brows. She used wax that was too hot which has left burn marks on each brow and caused the brows area to swell. Generally I like the service provided but on the occasion I was disappointed and I will not have brows wax again.

I visited the salon in Beaumaris today. My previous experiences have been wonderful but today my visit was rushed and I left feeling disappointed. My appointment was for 1.15 pm and I was shown to the room 5 minutes late. I waited for another 5 minutes for Emily to come back. Although my microdermabrasion was very professional it felt rushed. It was all over by 1.52pm. My 45 minutes finished in 30 minutes. At $120 I feel short changed and will be looking for another salon that actually gives a 45 minute treatment. Very disappointing as I have had numerous treatments there before. When I questioned the time I was told that it was 2pm. It was 1.57 when I came out of the room after getting dressed. If it's a 45 minute treatment that is what I paid for and should expect.

The salon was a bit cold today however the beautician kindly gave me a doona The beautician seemed distracted and business like and left the door open a couple of times during the treatment to deal with the phone Not the best experience I’ve had with Ella Bache, Beaumaris Thank you

When booking for this facial, I did request for extractions to be done. Also, just before the start of the facial, at the appointment I also mentioned extractions and that I'd like a clearer complexion. However, extractions did not take place at all. I questioned the therapist after, she said that she thought I didn't need to have extractions. However, she did not look at my skin or analyse it under a special light. At no stage did she tell me what my skin is like, what treatments or products would be beneficial for me. I would have appreciated knowing about her decision not to do the extractions before or at some stage during the facial, not at the very end when I asked why.
