I think Rachael is just wonderful. Not only was she proactive with helping me find a new hair style (many months ago) she actually discussed the ideas with me to make sure that we shared the same vision. What I appreciated the most today is that Rachael understood how little time I get to myself and I am so grateful she wasn't offended when I said that I was just going to close my eyes for a few minutes and enjoy the time to not have to listen out for little people!! It was wonderful to be so well looked after and know that my hair was going to turn out exactly as I imagined. I think Rachael is a wonderful professional and I really enjoy having her style my hair.

Fantastic place, great salon, lovely staff. Were running 30mins late which was a bit disappointing but I will be back.

Going to Cocos is always a wonderful experience, I feel pampered and cared for. I particularly enjoyed having my stylist work on every aspect of my hair, much better than having someone else apply the colour etc. Thank you to all involved.

I usually have Bec but as she was sick that day I was happy to have my hair done by Rachel and was not disappointed. The colourist did a wonderful job and the hair wash and scalp massage is so great Thank you
