I had a lovely experience with Amanda and Emily. Lovely ladies to deal with. I had to change to someone new in the salon as the previous person whom I won’t name left me feeling a little sad. I found her to be quite rude to the new girl working in Axis. I understand they need to be told if they are doing something wrong but it should be done in a respectful manner and instead it was rude and I thought hurtful. I felt uncomfortable and I felt sorry for the new girl. I also think feedback should be given confidentially away from the customer. If the feedback is given in a respectful way then no worries but it wasn’t unfortunately and I felt embarrassed for her. My daughter experienced the same when she was there last and won’t be going back to Axis. I however decided to go back but requested to be with someone else and I had a much better experience so thank you. Please be kind to all especially people who are still learning . Thank you

My girls and I love Amanda and her wonderful team at Axis Hair & Beauty salon! It’s a one stop shop for the services we love. We cannot rate the salon highly enough.
