I don’t have a picture but my nails were absolutely terrible as the fist set of French acrylics I asked for you could see brush strokes and where not shiny so I went back and asked them to change them they did but then made them thick and all different shapes unable to post a picture due to going to another salon to get them redone the next day very terrible as i paid $80 for something that wasn’t done properly

i was very disappointed that I was charge $25 to a childs cut and a further $25 for hair straightening. total $50 My daughter is 8 years old. I will not be back to the salon

I was overcharged for the service I had as it did not even last a day. When I called back I was told it was my fault and that I would have to pay.

Girl used a dirty towel to wipe fake tan smudges from me - clearly had been used on other customers. Different girl served me when it came to payment - she didn't acknowledge me (look at me or greet me), kept talking to another worker, and just said the amount I owed. Fake tan is a great colour but disappointed with the service.

My consultant was so lovely and I enjoyed the experience. But the nails were so uneven and badly shaped with bits of acrylic all under my nails.

I was not happy as the hairdresser was running late and did not even apologise. I had an appointment for beauty treatment which I did not get. The beautician was running late but did not have the courtesy to come over and speak to me and so I left. Very dissatisfied after being long standing client
